Personal Development

Programmes, like Workshops, are designed to provide opportunities for participants to receive and review new information and to consider how to integrate this into their every day working or personal environments.

Programmes differ to Workshops by the time factor. Programmes are run over time to give participants the opportunity to try out new ideas, learn from that experience, adjust, and, where appropriate, to report back on their findings and share their learning.

Time also gives participants opportunities to imbed new ideas and new ways of thinking or behaving. With the support of a Programme, participants are enabled to 'test' their ideas and to seek any further support.

The intentions underlying each Programme are to facilitate:

The Positive Outcomes Programme

This Programme is designed as a 1-2-1 Programme for people who have decided that they need external assistance to review an existing situation.

The focus is very much on the person and their issue and so is truly an individual Programme.

Pace and the number of sessions required, is decided by the person.

A highly focussed, individual programme offering maximum support to the resolution of issues.

Team Development 1,2,3 Programme

This programme is designed as three one-day Workshops delivered over a three-week period.

The materials are flexible enough to enable people coming together for the first time as a team to use the Programme, and for teams which have worked together for some time.

The Programme offers a mixture of theory and ideas and provides opportunities for participants to reflect on their existing relationship to others within the team and to the relationship they would prefer to have within the team.
