Unicorn Resource Development is my Training and Consultancy Company which provides high quality Training, Facilitation and Consultancy.

My Company Mission, "Promoting Communication and Facilitating Change", reflects my philosophy in relation to each of us as individuals.

The more we are each able to promote honest and open communication, the more we can develop trust and consequently, the easier change becomes.

I work with Organisations which provide Training, Learning and Development opportunities for their staff and with people who wish to participate in an 'Open' Workshop - i.e. one not provided by their Employer.

I also work on a one-to-one basis with people on a wide range of subjects and issues.

My work in the Developing People Section has three themes; Personal Development, Customer Service and Team Development, and covers a number of different approaches.
