The Consultancy which Unicorn Resource Development is able to offer varies only by the nature of the request.

Consultancy is useful in terms of research, particularly where an Organisation wishes to focus on a specific theme, but is unclear about the contents of that theme, or where a new training Programme is to be designed and the Organisation wishes to ensure that the staff for whom the design is being tailored have input into the initial stages of design.

Using Consultancy in this way is particularly useful and beneficial for the Organisation and the staff. Staff who have been consulted and then engage in a training Programme which reflects their requirements or needs are far more likely to actively engage in that Programme than staff who are told to attend.

This produces benefits not only for the staff but also for the Organisation.
